Potensi dan Stabilitas Emulgel Ekstrak Etanol Daun Strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa var Duchesne) Sebagai Tabir Surya

Ekstrak daun stroberi (Fragaria x ananassa var Duchesne) dilaporkan memiliki aktivitas tabir surya yang baik. Namun, diperlukan formulasi dosis sesuai untuk tahap selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan memformulasi emulgel dari ekstrak etanol menggunakan uji sifat fisik, stabilitas, dan nilai SPF. Daun diekstraksi dengan metode refluks 96%. dianalisis kandungan kimianya KLT. Emulgel diformulasikan 0,25%, 0,50%, 1%. diuji secara in vitro vivo. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rendemen strawberry adalah 20,5%, KLT positif flavonoid tanin. Formula efektivitas paling baik sebagai barrier formula konsentrasi Konsentrasi 1% menghasilkan SPF sebesar 59,94 ± 0,260.
